Located in the northwest of the Istrian peninsula, just 10 kilometers from the sea and the town of Pore?, the location of the villa is ideal for exploring the Istrian coast and inland. It is located in the small town of Barat on the hillside overlooking the sea and on a beautiful day in the distance shows the outlines of Italy and Venice. The villa is fully equipped and guests do not need to bring any necessities. It is ideally furnished for 10 guests. It has 5 bedrooms with double beds, while one room also has a sofa bed for two children. The villa also has 5 bathrooms and a separate toilet. From the kitchen you enter a spacious dining room equipped with a massive antique table for 10 people and a living room where you can taste liqueurs, wines, jams and craft beer made exclusively for Villa Carolus Barat with a special stamp name of the villa on it. In front of the villa, on a 2500 m2 plot, there is a covered outdoor dining room with stone barbecue and a table for 10 people. In front of the dining area you can refresh yourself in a 10x7m swimming pool or in an outdoor Jacuzzi. For those who want more entertainment, we have provided table soccer, a traditional massive billiards table, PlayStation 4, home theater, modern audio system, chess and orbitrack. Those who want to relax will be delighted by the spacious Turkish steam bath and Finnish sauna. Wi-Fi is, of course, free and available throughout the property. If you want to explore the surroundings and enjoy nature, we provide free bikes! * In the period from 01.11. - 05.05. For the pool heating 100 ? per day will be charged.
