Bergblick

Im Herzen des Elbsandsteingebirges liegt unsere frisch renovierte Wohnung in Königstein. 

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen.

Sie befindet sich im dritten OG/DG eines Mehrfamilienhauses direkt an der Elbe bzw dem Fähr-/Dampfanleger unweit des Bahnhofs. Dieser sowie der Fähr- und Dampfschiffanleger, der Festungsexpress, der Freizeitpark, der Kletterpark, der Boots- und Fahrradverleih sowie der Campingplatz sind in nur wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.



Die Wohnung hat aus allen Fenstern einen Blick ins Grüne auf einen bewaldeten Hang.

Die Wohnung ist freundlich, frisch renoviert in der obersten Etage (DG) unseres Hauses gelegen. 

Sie verfügt über ein Duschbad ( kleines Bad mit Dusche, Toilette, Waschbecken) sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett (180cm x 200cm) und einem französischen Bett (140x200cm), ein Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch nebst Stühlen, Eckledercouch und einer weiteren Schlafmöglichkeit (90 x 200cm) sowie einer kleinen Durchgangsküche zwischen Wohn- und Badezimmer. Weiterhin gibt es einen geräumigen Flur mit Kommode, Garderobe und Schuhaufbewahrung. 


Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Mikrowelle, Umluftherd mit Ceranfeld, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Rührgerät und sämtliche Utensilien, die man zum Kochen benötigt. An Lebensmitteln sind Öl, Essig, Salz, Gewürze und Kaffee vorrätig. Auch Reinigungsmittel sind vorhanden. 

Außerdem sind Seife, Handtücher und Bettwäsche in der Wohnung vorhanden. 


Die Wohnung ist ideal für zwei bis vier Personen., es können jedoch auch problemlos 6 Gäste dort übernachten.

Bitte beachten Sie beim Buchen, dass entweder vier Gäste im Schlafzimmer schlafen können oder zwei im Wohnzimmer und zwei im Schlafzimmer. (bei Belegung mit 4 Personen). 

Bei Belegung mit 6 Personen schlafen 4 Personen im Schlafzimmer und 2 Personen im Wohnzimmer, davon ein Gast auf der Couch.
