The house is near to the center of Villasimius, with all the facilities, and even closer to the famous beach "Porto Giunco".

The villa is built on one floor and is made up of 5 bedrooms, four doubles and one with 2 bunk beds, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful living room with fireplace, a large kitchen, a wonderful porch overlooking the sea and a private garden with barbecue.

All the rooms have a view of the sea through the beautiful garden, adorned with the most beautiful and typical Sardinian plants (myrtle, juniper, eucalyptus etc.).

From the front porch of the house you can reach the exclusive and fully equipped beach of the Villa, walking through the small path surrounded by junipers. Here you can relax in total privacy and peace, listening to the delicate sound of the waves over the white and thin sand shore.

The sunsets from this location will be among the most beautiful and romantic you will ever see: the sun disappears slowly behind the hills, reflecting first in the sea and then in your eyes.

The house has a garden and its own private beach, directly on the clear waters, fully equipped with a gazebo and sun loungers.
