Holiday apartments in a villa on the Ionian coast of Puglia

The holiday apartments are in a white villa by the sea. It is in Torre San Giovanni, which belongs to Marina di Ugento, on the tip of the boot heel of Italy, by the Ionian Sea.

The villa consists of three light and completely independent holiday apartments. The exude a fresh Mediterranean atmosphere and are very well-maintained, paying attention to cleanliness and hygiene. The air conditioning units can both cool and heat.

The villa has a setting planted with greenery all around. In one corner of the site there is also a garden designed with stones. Cars can be parked on the street in front of the villa. As the surrounding roads are private, parking is free.

The holiday apartments do not have Internet access. The owners are happy to assist with any queries and like to treat you to little gifts.

The sea is just 70 metres away. The area belongs to a nature reserve on the Ugento coast. The coast is partially rocky, but flat, so good for walking. Just 950 metres away there is a little sandy beach (Spiaggetta dell’Isole di Pazze). The long sandy beaches reminiscent of the Caribbean are about 3.8km away and stretch for several kilometres towards the south. Some beaches are free, while others offer private beach facilities, where you can enjoy water sports, trips or group dances. There are a grocery shop and a restaurant about 500 metres away.

Blue holiday apartment

This holiday apartment is the largest in the villa and can accommodate up to nine people. It features a fresh white and blue colour scheme and provides two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 190cm) and a bunk bed (90 x 190cm), ideal for a family, the other also with a double bed (180 x 190cm) and a single bed for a child (80 x 170cm). the living room provides a sofa that can be converted into two single beds or a double bed. There is a dining table in the centre with chairs. The open kitchen, separated from the living room by a half wall, is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. The apartment has two shower rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. There is also a washing machine. The two bedrooms and the living room are fitted with air conditioning.



There are chairs and a table on the veranda in front of the apartment. You can enjoy meals here with a view of the sea. There is also a grill. The rear veranda has two outdoor showers. Stairs lead up to the roof terrace which affords a wonderful view.
