Ein kleiner Traum: Das eigene Haus am Meer. Das Alassio Beach House liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse nur 20 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Man kann das Meer vom Gartentor aus sehen und bei Südwind dank der ultraleisen Ventilatoren im Bali-Stil auch bei Südwind hören. Abseits des Partylärms, aber mitten drin im Geschehen. Perfekt um barfuss vom Haus zum morgendlichen Frühschwimmen zu gehen. Mehr als 100 Restaurants sind fussläufig in der Nähe.
Das kleine Mittelhaus hat einen Eingangsbereich mit LED-TV, Kamin und Sofa, eine kleine Küche und einen Bistrotisch für 4 Personen. Die Küche hat Alles, was das Herz begehert: Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher und Nespresso Maschine.
Es gibt insgeasmt 3 kleine Balkone und Terrassen: Im Eingang eine gemütliche Prosecco Lounge mit bequemen Kissen. Hinter der Küche eine kleine Terrasse zum Wäsche trocknen. Und oben ein Espresso Balkon mit extra weichem Belag aus Kunstrasen.
Die Stufen hinauf zum Obergeschoss sind eigentlich eher eine Showtreppe. Mit dimmbarem LED Show-Licht beleuchtet, ertönt Meeresrauschen, sobald man den Bewgungsmelder passiert. Wer hier zum Frühstück geht, fühlt sich schon als Star.
Im Obergeschoss geht es weiter im Beach House Stil: Mit einem kleinen Kamin und TV Zimmer, bei dem auf Wunsch noch die beiden Gästebetten ausgeklappt werden können, über das Duschbad bishin zum Kolonialstil Schlafzimmer mit Bali-Ventilator und Bannenplantagen Fototapete.
