Das lebendige Zentrum kann trotz sehr gut isolierter Fenster hin und wieder zu hören sein. Dafür hat man direkten Anschluss an das quirlige mediterrane Leben, und kann sich praktisch vom Balkon aus an der Oberfläche des Lago Maggiore spiegeln.

Die grosszügige Dreizimmerwohnung liegt im zweiten Stock und ist über Treppe oder Lift erreichbar. Ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche sowie zwei separate Schlafzimmer bieten Platz für vier Personen.
