Alte Schmiede Berkholz

Das Straßendorf Berkholz liegt vier Kilometer östlich von Boitzenburg entfernt. Die Umgebung von Berkholz hat ihren uckermärkischen Reiz durch die welligen Felder mit ihren vielen Sollen ( auch Bruchlöcher genannt ) ausgedehnte großflächige Waldgebiete sowie kleinere und größere Seen. Im angrenzenden Ort Boitzenburg befinden sich das Schloss zu Boitzenburg und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten. Für längere Ausflüge gibt es ausgeschilderte Rad und Wanderwege. In der uckermärkischen Seenplatte finden sich viele Gelegenheiten zum Baden und Angeln.

Unsere Alte Schmiede wurde von uns 2021 bis 2023 liebevoll zum Ferienhaus umgebaut. Dabei wurde die historische, handwerkliche Geschichte der Schmiede beachtet. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über eine Wohnfläche von 52 m², ein Außenbad und Innenbad. Das Ferienhaus beinhaltet eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Essbereich. Im Wohnzimmergibt es einen Essbereich, Schlafcouch, Sitzbereich und TV. Der große Eingangsbereich verfügt über einen Kaminofen, der für gemütliche Wärme sorgt, eine Elektroheizung ist auch verfügbar. Das Grundstück hat eine eigenen Garten mit Liegewiese, überdachter Terrasse, Grill und Sitzecke mit Feuerschale. Das Grundstück grenzt direkt an einen Pfuhl ( Der Schmiedepfuhl ) wo zahlreich Tierarten zu Haus sind. Regulär für 2 Personen, eine Aufbettung ist möglich.

    Im Winter muss viel geheizt werden.Im Sommer muss es super dort sein.Die Terrasse ist toll!

    “Wer vom Alltag abschalten und in Stille in historischen Mauern, die liebevoll renoviert wurden, ausspannen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir hatten schöne Tage, viel Wald, viel Wasser, gute Radwege und viel Sehenswertes in der Umgebung. Das kleine Haus und der Garten, ist sehr schön. Es wurden viele historische Dinge beibehalten und man kann an der Familientradition teilhaben. Eine Schmiede, wo Napoleon schon war, super !
    Vielen Dank an den Bauherr und Vermieter. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.”
