From the moment you arrive, the 70 sqm three-room apartment Luce di Mare leaves you speechless: in the very elegant living room with a antique wooden table you sit and look at the sea, sipping tea or coffee from a moka or Nespresso. You widen your gaze and linger on the precious ladder shelves, on the refined corner kitchen with oven and microwave, kettle, induction plates and wooden splashbacks and on the very comfortable sofa bed with movable cushions, introduced by a finely inlaid carpet. The lighting of the two rooms is recessed and adjustable LED, so that those who cook and those who rest can dose the light.

Going outdoors, the terrace develops on two sides, one with a lounge area and a dining table overlooking the beauty of the first hill of Alassio, the other that embraces the sea, with a wow effect given by the stunning view as far as the eye can see; the Gallinara island stands out in the background. From the terrace there is also access to another room where you can store excess luggage or sports equipment.

In the master bedroom the skilful intersections between modern art works and paintings, recessed LED lighting, design lampshades and wall lamps with Mediterranean influences are maintained, cleanliness, in the bedroom the two joinable beds are hidden in the large shelving wardrobe, to optimize spaces. There are two bathrooms with suspended sanitary ware, one of which is preceded by a walk-in closet. There is an electric BBQ equipped with Korean grill, brush, spatula and tongs, a private garage with socket for recharging the electric car and a lift to the floor.
