The villa is on a quiet side street in the Dalmatian village Razanj.

The villa is the highest building in the surrounding neighbourhood and therefore affords a wonderful view of the sea. The villa classified as four-star houses a total of four apartments. The villa was newly converted in 2015 and provided with a high-quality interior. Three of the apartments are in the main building and one is in a separate bungalow.

The house is fully enclosed by a well-tended garden with citrus fruits, olives and fig trees that you can help yourselves to. The whole garden is built up of cascades of natural stone walls. Private car parking spaces are available by the house.

It is about 150 metres from the house to the beach. The beach right by the house is quite steeply shelved into the sea, so ladders are provided. On the other side of the bay, about a five-minute walk away, there is another pebbled beach that is flatly shelved and therefore suitable for smaller children and non-swimmers. The sea water quality in this region is very high, among the best in the whole Adriatic . In the morning you can look into the crystal clear water to a depth of 10-15 metres. The centre of the village Razanj is a 10-15-minute walk away of five minutes by car and has a supermarket, fruit and vegetable stalls and shopping facilities, as well as some cafes and restaurants (fish, meat, vegetables, pizza). Razanj also has a little harbour you can stroll along. The village and the bay with the villa are very quietly situated. If you would like more activiites, you can walk to the village centre or the nearby Rogoznica, the nearest town. It is ten minutes away by car or taxi boat in summer. Rogoznica has a marina and a yacht harbour. Over 400 moorings are available all year round for motorboats and sailing boats. The trip destinations include picturesque towns such as Primosten (15km) from the 15th century, the historical old town and the UNESCO world heritage site Trogir (25km), Split with the former palace of emperor Diocletian (50km), or natural beauties such as Krka National Park and waterfalls (50km, daily boat tours into the national park). Real adventurers can ascend the nearby Movar (15-minute walk) and to the fortification ruins from the Napoleonic wars, where a grandiose view of the whole Adriatic coast awaits you. If the weather is fine you can even see Italy. Don’t forget your camera.

Holiday apartment for five people with a conservatory and a terrace

The apartment is on the ground floor of the villa, with direct access to the garden. The living room has a sofa bed for one adult or two small children. From there you can see the open kitchen with a counter, equipped with all the necessary utensils, a dishwasher, kettle, toaster and gas stove. The dining table with a fireplace stove and TV in the living room invites you to dine and sit sociably together after preparing and cooking meals. There is a bedroom next to the living room with a double bed, which can be separated off by a sliding door. The second separate bedroom also has a double bed. The whole apartment can be cooled with the new (2016) air conditioning with a remote control. A spacious bathroom with an equally generous shower and a WC round off the apartment.

Half of the large terrace is roofed over (conservatory), so you can sit in the shade or the sun, depending on your preference and the weather. The terrace affords a wonderful view of the sea and the bay.
