Casa Piccola

Unsere Ferienwohnungen befinden sich unweit des Lago Maggiores in Italien, 11 km von Cannobio und dem See entfernt in Falmenra, im Valle Cannobina. Wildromantisch - italienisch - mediterran und alpin zugleich, kurz hinter der schweizer Grenze im italienischen Piemonte. Locarno Ascona und Mailand sind schnell erreichbar. Die gemütlichen Häuser in sonniger Südlage mit herrlicher Bergsicht liegen autofrei an einem uralten Steinpfad auf 700 Meter Höhe. Weit weg vom Massentourismus ist hier sanfter Tourismus und nachhaltiger Urlaub möglich. Ein Haus für 2 Personen, ein Haus für bis zu 5 - 6 Personen. Sie können beide Häuser auch zusammen buchen. Weitere bis zu 4 Personen können wir in durch uns verwalteten Ferienwohnungen in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft hier in Durone unterbringen.

Neben vielen Wanderungen ohne Anfahrt, sozusagen ab Haustür, lädt das Haus zum Verweilen, Schauen, Genießen und Entspannen ein. Unser Ortsteil Falmenta–Durone ist viele hundert Jahre alt und geprägt von alten Steinhäusern, Palmen, Esskastanien und Feigenbäumen. Durone ist autofrei nur zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch das größte Naturschutzgebiet der Alpen, das Val Grande ist von hier zu erwandern.
