The Villa Isabella is located in a quiet residential area in the southwest of Cape Coral. 

It consists of approx. 3527 sq.ft usable space, of which 2475 sq.ft. is air-conditioned living space. 


The heated pool and separate whirlpool are the perfect dimensions for a dream vacation.


The living room is equipped with a lavish leather couch and a 75” flat screen TV which offers TV enjoyment at its finest. There is also a separate sound bar to ensure the right sound.


The 10 ft. high sliding glass doors in the living room can be opened fully to connect the living room with the outdoor area and create one large space.


A further room, a studio or office, is furnished with a sofa bed and can accommodate either two children or one adult.


The west facing house guarantees optimal sunlight, impressive sunsets and, of course, a wonderful holiday tan.

You will remember evenings spent with a glass of wine or a delicious barbecue on the patio for a long time!

The southwest of Cape Coral is one of the most popular regions in Florida.


Cape Coral is also known as the “Venice of America” due to its more than 600 km of canals. If you love boating, this is the ideal place for you. Cape Coral is perfect for vacationers looking for peace and relaxation, and is also becoming increasingly popular with affluent Americans. In the Cape Coral and Ft. Myers area there are virtually unlimited opportunities for recreation and sport.


Villa Isabella has a sun dock on the canal which also offers the possibility of mooring with a boat or jet ski. It has permanently mounted fenders (bumpers) and hooks on which these can be firmly moored.

Boat rental fee varies. 


The nearest “Publix” (supermarket and liquor store) is only 1.3 miles away and can be reached easily on foot or by bike. 


You can find numerous restaurants and well-known fast food chains on the Cape Coral Parkway. There is also a German bakery just a few minutes away.


The Cape Harbour Community (marina, shops, restaurants) is 2.5 miles away and offers the perfect jogging or cycling route from Villa Isabella. There you can find some small shops to stroll around in the evening, a marina and various restaurants.

80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
