The old town of Labin will delight you with its picturesque alleys, cultural heritage and gastronomic offer, and in the summer it hosts numerous cultural events. Within walking distance there are restaurants where you can taste local specialties and wines, pizzerias and a small store. In just a few minutes by car you can reach the town market, where you can buy local products. Beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea await you in nearby Rabac, a tourist resort with a beautiful promenade by the sea, where you can find souvenir stores, bars and restaurants. From Rabac you can take one of the boat trips to the surrounding islands in the summer.

The beautiful house is ideal for the stay of guests who want to enjoy the surroundings of historic towns and still be close to the sea and beaches!
