"Casa Vall" is your holiday home on Lake Garda. It is located in the historic center of Pacengo, just 500 meters from the beach and the characteristic marina of Pacengo, and a few steps away from restaurants, pizzerias, and shops. Just in front, there is the wide green area of the Pacengo playground where children can play freely and safely. The free beach of Pacengo can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.
Your holiday home is large (90mq) and arranged on three floors. At the entrance you will find the large living room with 3-seater sofa, 48 '' TV with satellite channels, dining table and two large sideboards. The kitchen is very bright and equipped with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge freezer and complete with crockery and accessories. On the ground floor there is also a service bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine and small processing. A large staircase leads to the first floor where there is a real bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet and the bedroom with two single beds and a large sliding wardrobe. We then move on to the top attic floor occupied by the master bedroom that has a 32 '' TV with satellite channels and a relaxation area with a chaise long that can become an additional bed if necessary. The view from the rooms gives on the green of the playground and sweeping with the gaze you can see the south coast of our lake.
Casa Vall is inside a private courtyard closed by a gate. It offers its guests a private covered parking space inside the courtyard. Adjacent to the property there is a large fenced playground and free public parking.
A few steps from us there are restaurants where you can taste pasta dishes and sea or lake fish and fantastic pizzerias or bars where you can taste good wine..In the evening, it is pleasant to take a walk to the Marina of Pacengo, where there are cozy bars where you can have an aperitif and listen to some music.
We are only 4 km from Peschiera del Garda and 5 km from the center of Lazise. The great amusement parks of Lake Garda such as Gardaland, Movieland, and Caneva Aquapark, Parco Natura Viva, and Parco Giardino Sigurtà can be reached by car in just a few minutes.

General terms and conditions of provider
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
