Haus Sonnendeck
Das Haus Sonnendeck teilt sich wie folgt auf:
EG: komplett eingerichtete Einbauküche, Bad mit Dusche, Wohnzimmer mit separater Essecke und gemütlicher Sitzecke. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich auch der Fernseher und ein DVD-Player damit auch bei schiet Wetter keine Langeweile aufkommt. Vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man auch auf die sonnige Terrasse und dem großem Garten. Der Garten ist mit einem Zaun umgeben und ist somit schwer einsehbar und lädt zum Spielen, Grillen oder Faulenzen ein.
OG: Zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein Schlafraum im Spitzboden, dieser ist nur über eine steile Leiter erreichbar. Der Spitzboden ist die ideale Piratenkoje für Kinder.
Ein PKW-Stellplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück.
Das Haus Sonnendeck wird von uns im Juli übernommen. Vor Ihrem ersten Urlaub werden wir das Haus renovieren und Anstreicharbeiten innen durchführen. Somit haben Sie für Ihren Urlaub ein frisch gestrichenes Haus. Das Haus Sonnendeck verfügt über eine sehr schöne Garten von ca. 400 m² und liegt im Nordseebad Burhave. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Ferienanlage nur wenige Gehminuten von Nordsee-Deich, dem Grünstrand, der Nordsee-Lagune und der Spielscheune entfernt.
Der Ortskern des Nordseebades Burhave, dem größten Ort auf der Halbinsel Butjadingen, bietet mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Netto) und Restaurants viel Abwechslung und ist ebenso gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

“Wir haben zu 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kids (11/8/6) ein paar Tage genossen. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die neuen Mieter renovieren jetzt nach und nach und dann sollte es beim nächsten Mal 5 Sterne geben. Zum Meer ist es gut zu Fuß zu gehen und es gibt alles an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im airt, die man benötigt um sich seine Wünsche zu erfüllen.”
