Spacious 5 bedroom holiday home just a few metres from the beach and marina in Pasito Blanco. An ideal accommodation for individual holidays by the sea.
On the second floor the house offers a bedroom with double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower and another bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The first floor has two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bathroom with bath and another bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor there is a living room with dining table, kitchen with dining table and pantry and in the basement is the games room.
For your entertainment the house offers unlimited Wifi, a DVD player, Bluetooth speaker and a ping-pong table.
The private terrace features a dining table, sun loungers, umbrella and an outdoor shower.
In the community area there are more sun loungers, another outdoor shower and a community pool (53 m x 9 m / 1-1.7 m) with children's area.
Games room with ping pong table, darts and board games.
"En-Suites" rooms: there are two Suite-type rooms (photos 17, 19, 24) with two extra large beds (135 x 200) each and en-suite bathroom with shower (photos 18 and 23). For bookings up to 6 people these suites are closed. For a reservation of 7 to 8 persons a suite is included, for reservations of 9 to 10 persons the two suites are included. If you want to enjoy the comfort of a suite with an occupancy of less than 7 people, you must add an extra 40 euros per day and suite to the regular price.
