The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of privacy. The villa is 500 metres from the sea not far from Marina Rubicon and the beaches of Playa Papagayo.

Villa Citrus has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The double bedroom with en suite bathroom, is on one side of the villa, while the two single bedrooms with the second bathroom are on the other side. The living room, dining area and kitchen are in the middle. The double bedroom has a ceiling fan and French doors to the terrace and pool. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and louvered windows for ventilation. Air conditioning and fans are available in the bedrooms. The living room has a high ceiling and catches natural light. The dining area has a large dining table with six chairs. The living room has two comfortable 3-seater adjustable sofas, 56″ flat-screen TV, DVD, and CD player. There is a decent stock of DVDs and books.

The kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, cafetière, picnic set including cooler bag and freezer packs.

Beautiful, large terrace with a heated swimming pool. The pool is set at a pleasant temperature of 28 degrees Celsius as standard (For an additional fee, a higher temperature is possible). A garden set for six is available outside for dining and relaxing on the terrace. There are also six sun loungers and four lounge chairs. There is a nice large barbecue on the terrace. The villa also has a patio and three small gardens.

All three bedrooms in the villa have an air conditioner. Internet television is also available for guests with almost all channels around the world. The villa also has a washing machine and an extensive kitchen with oven and dishwasher.

The villa is a 20-minute walk to the Marina Rubicon complex with a fantastic variety of restaurants, a shopping mall, designer boutiques, a beautiful harbour, a bowling alley and a wide range of water sports and leisure activities, as well as a lively market twice a week. 500 metres (7-minute walk) from Villa Citrus you will reach the beautiful promenade leading to the Marina Rubicon, beaches, town, harbour and lighthouse. If you like shopping, Marina Rubicon has some lovely shops selling everything from branded clothes to jewellery and cosmetics, as well as restaurants where you can admire the abundance of yachts. You can also explore the atmospheric streets and squares that run along the marina.

Playa Blanca also offers the best beaches in Lanzarote with the world-famous Papagayo beaches, plus a selection of smaller beaches along the 10-kilometre promenade that runs from the Papagayo beaches to the lighthouse in the west. The nearest beach to Villa Citrus is Playa Dorada, a 4-minute drive away. The first Papagayo beach is a 25-minute walk from Villa Citrus.

Playa Blanca has a shopping street with a varied range of shops. Via a walk along the coastel promomade, the centre of Playa Blanca is not far away. Along the coastal promenade are very many restaurants and bars for a pleasant evening. There is a market in the centre on Wednesdays.
