Das Haus liegt im Feriendorf Eckwarderhörne in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Deich, zum Fähranleger (u.a. Personen-/Fahrradfähre nach Wilhelmshaven) und einen zum Feriendorf gehörenden 50.000 qm gr. Binnensee (mit einer ca. 500 qm gr. Sandliegewiese direkt am Binnensee, Schwimmponton und Stegen).Zum Strandbad Eckwarderhörne mit der Strandhalle, Leuchtturm, Fähranleger und Ausgangspunkt für geführte Wattwanderungen sind es etwa 800 m.Im idyllisch und abseits vom Verkehrsgeschehen liegenden Feriendorf gibt es den Deichgasthof "To´n Spieker", Fahrradverleih, Kinderspielplatz und eine 1.000 qm große Spielwiese mit Beachvolleyballfeld, Badmintonfeld, Baskettballkorb, Aussen-Tischtennisplatte, Sandkiste und Schaukeln.

    “Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, es hat an nichts gefehlt von A bis Z war alle da, sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, auch die Lage des Hauses fanden wir sehr angenehm, wünschenswert wäre vielleicht noch ein Zaum da das Haus auch mit Hunden vermietet wird. Zu empfehlen ist auch das Restaurant vor Ort.”
