This beautifully renovated house with sauna is located in the woody Oosterpark on the edge of Oostkapelle. The house has a surface area of 85m2 and is suited for up to six people. The holiday home is tastefully decorated and has a cosy wood stove to warm your bones after a long walk in the woods in the winter. The house also has a spacious garden with plenty of privacy. The beach or the lively centre of Oostkapelle are only 20 minutes away on foot.



 



About the property

The single-storey house features underfloor heating, a wood stove and a sauna. The kitchen has a combination microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. There are three bedrooms; one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The house also has a second toilet, a washing machine, and a dryer. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden suitable for barbecuing. The holiday home has one parking space on the plot; there are additional parking spaces available on the street in front of the house. The accommodation also has a bicycle shed.

Oostkapelle, colloquially known as Oôskappel, is one of the larger towns in Zeeland. It is a family seaside resort and a tourist attraction with clean and wide beaches, the dunes, the Oranjezon and Manteling nature reserves and the lively town centre with a varied range of shops and restaurants.

95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
