Falasarna is situated on the Western part of Crete (52km west of Chania and 14 west of Kissamos) famous for its stunning long sandy beach of Falassarna with its clear turquoise blue waters. Falassarna consists of a big long sandy beach and many other smaller beaches of various lengths. Whatever beach you may choose to swim on, the sunset is amazing with lovely colours. Swimming into the sea, you feel as being in a paradise of exceptional natural beauty.During the tourist season in the area of Falassarna, there are many restaurants with delicious food, beach bars, and cafés by or close to the beaches as well as many supermarkets. It is worthwhile to mention that in Falassarna there are the remains of an ancient Hellenistic harbour, which attracts thousands of guests each year.

Entering the villa you will step into a large living area with breathtaking views of the sea. The supreme amenities, the exuberant living room, and the dining area are also adequate for people with special needs. The villa is styled to feel like an immersive sanctuary, where natural materials meet modern design for a calming atmosphere that is luxurious yet comfortable with every space designed to embrace the exterior environment. Pretty close to the living area there is a glossy kitchen where cooking is anything but a chore and have light breakfasts and gourmet dinners. On the same level, there is also a bedroom with a satellite Smart TV and large windows that create the illusion of transparency and a dining room with seating for 6 persons.


The upper floor offers ultimate relaxation with two bedrooms with gazing sea views, waiting for you to enjoy and kick back after a long day wandering around the area. Actea Seaview Villa is the ideal retreat to relax and refresh yourself through your stay a base from which to explore, be part of the ultimate vacation experience, and create lifelong memories.


Entering the lower floor you can find a large living area with a Smart satellite TV with a Playstation 5 console, board games, a bedroom for a queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a communal bathroom with shower. Moreover, you will find a laundry room with a washer-dryer machine.


Actea Seaview Villa I is suitable for guests with mobility needs. Upon request, the bedroom on the ground floor can be converted into a bedroom for guests with mobility needs with a single mattress of 0.80x2.00. The bathroom on the same floor is already prepared for those guests, Last but not least, a pool lift can be added upon request at the swimming pool.


Outdoor facilities

The spacious outdoor area offers panoramic sea views to the early sunrises, offering them beautiful sunsets too. Enjoy the sun and a good book under the sun! Last but not least for lovers of cocktails and drinks you can enjoy one right next to the dining area where you can relax and have some fun moments with your loved ones. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside the villa. 


Free car amenity (For new reservations from 14.3.2024 with travel dates 20/3-20/5/2024)

We offer our guests with a valid driving license a manual small car (group A) as an additional amenity. This service is complimentary for the entire duration of the stay at the villa. Additionally, we provide car pick-up and drop-off only at Chania Airport. * Age restriction: Please note that the complimentary car is only available to drivers who are at least 24 years old. ** If you would like to upgrade to a higher car category, you can do so by paying an additional fee. *** Full coverage car insurance is included.


Heated Pool Policy

The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility. 


Due to its location, the last 300m to reach the complex is an off-road road. We recommend using an SUV car in order to reach the complex easily.


From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 1.5 euros per night from March to October and 0.5 euros per night from November to February. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
