Das Haus liegt im Feriendorf Eckwarderhörne in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Deich, zum Fähranleger (u.a. Personen-/Fahrradfähre nach Wilhelmshaven) und einen zum Feriendorf gehörenden 50'000 m2 grosser Binnensee (mit einer ca. 500 m2 grossen Sandliegewiese direkt am Binnensee, Schwimmponton und Stegen). Zum Strandbad Eckwarderhörne mit der Strandhalle, Leuchtturm, Fähranleger und Ausgangspunkt für geführte Wattwanderungen sind es etwa 800 m.Im idyllisch und abseits vom Verkehrsgeschehen liegenden Feriendorf gibt es den Deichgasthof "To´n Spieker", Fahrradverleih, Kinderspielplatz und eine 1000 m2 große Spielwiese mit Beachvolleyballfeld, Badmintonfeld, Baskettballkorb, Aussen-Tischtennisplatte, Sandkiste und Schaukeln.
