In the winter season you can see from the balcony directly on the snow field on the doorstep. The small slope is also suitable for small children for sledding and playing. You can also see how the "Zwergerl bus" the kids to ski school brings. From the main exit you can go on skis on this snowfield to the front door and easily can ski. In the private garage you can then keep safe.!

Our house is in a sunny, quiet TOP LOCATION -right at the foot of the Kitzbüheler Horn. Skiing right to the front door. 4 minutes to the mountain railway/ski school/chair lift. The center is easily reachable on foot! My 60 m2 WELL-BEING APARTMENT (non-smoking) offers you well-being and comfort & has been lovingly designed & redesigned/renovated in2022.The bedroom has a leather double bed & a sofa/sleeping function. In the living room there is a sitting/ dining/ corner & wall bed=normal bed with bedding, FLAT TV, radio/CD, relaxation lounger /both balconies have been lovingly designed & invite you to relax and enjoy yourself. Bathroom/toilet are separate, the kitchen is well equipped, coffee/ filter/ tea is at your disposal! In my cellar compartment, your bicycles or your ski equipment are in good hands & "safe". Number of guests 1-max.5 people possible! 2adults & 1-3 Children or 3 adults & 1-2 small children.You can park your car for free in front of the building.Guest Cards included.
