Der Samstagmarkt in Ponte Tresa (IT) ist in 5 Minuten per ÖV oder Auto erreichbar; Luino in ca. 20-30 Minuten erreichbar. Die Unterkunft Es hat zwei grosse, geräumige Zimmer (56m2). Im Schlafzimmer hat es vier Betten. Im Wohnzimmer bietet ein grosses Schlafsofa für weitere zwei Personen Platz.
Die neu renovierte Küche hat einen grossen Kühlschrank, einen Keramik-Kochherd, Backofen und Geschirrspülmaschine. Eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden. Auf dem grossen sonnigen Balkon (Nachmittags- und Abendsonne) stehen ein Gartentisch und -Stühle, sowie zwei Liegestühle zur Verfügung.
Im Haus befinden sich Waschmaschinen und Tumbler (Münzautomaten). Die Sauna kann für Fr. 10.- gemietet werden. Vor dem Haus steht ein Parkplatz Nr. 31 zur Verfügung. Das Schwimmbad ist vom März bis Oktober beheizt. Auch hat es eine Warmwasserdusche und eine gepflegte Liegewiese beim Pool. Der Schlüssel liegt im Briefkasten bereit, so dass die Anreise jederzeit möglich ist.
