In addition to the entrance hall, the ground floor flat has a bedroom, a dining kitchen with separate locker, a spacious bathroom suitable for disabled persons and a living room with access to the terrace. In the bedroom there is a double bed. In the living room, which is equipped with a flat screen TV, stereo system and internet access ( Telekom Hotspot ), 2 people can sleep on a sofa bed. So there is room for max. 4 people in the flat.

Up to 4 people can also spend their holidays in the attic flat, which is accessible via a separate staircase.

Our holiday flat in the attic, newly built in 2022, can be reached via a closed staircase.

It is spacious, modernly designed and invites you to feel at home. The balcony of approx. 10 m² has a table and chairs, a sunshade and is accessible from the kitchen as well as from the living room. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200), wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, TV and music system as well as 2 bistro chairs and a side table. An extra bed can be integrated if required.

The bathroom has a level shower / WC / washbasin / mirror cabinet and a bathtub. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, cooker hood, sink incl. dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler and is well equipped with all crockery. A dining table with seating is also available here.

A separate storage room offers the opportunity to store suitcases or other things. Your living room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A comfortable corner couch, TV/music system, reading corner, sideboard and side tables. The lovely decoration of the room will certainly please you. The pull-out couch plus topper ( 120x200 ) and a folding cupboard bed ( 90x200 ) can be converted into 2 fully-fledged and comfortable sleeping places.

Smoking is only allowed outside the flat, pets are not allowed.
