Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem geschlossenen und bewachten Gebäude, das 2012 im Erholungsgebiet von Świnoujście gebaut wurde und vom Grün des Waldes umgeben ist. Die Wohnung grenzt an das Kurviertel und liegt ganz in der Nähe der Strandpromenade in Swinemünde.
