The Villa Gilmara from Dream-Vacation-Florida.com stands in a very quiet neighborhood in the exclusive Town and River residential complex in South Fort Myers. Located on a wide canal, this is the ideal vacation home for customers who also want to rent a boat. In only 15 minutes driving time you are on the Caloosahatche River and from there you can visit the offshore islands Sanibel and Captiva Island or Ft. Myers Beach or just enjoy the sun, wind as well as the water and possibly watch dolphins playing.

The heart of Villa Gilmara is certainly the very large terrace that stretches across the entire width of the house and will surely be your favorite place to stay during your vacation. The large covered terrace area has a dining table with 8 chairs, 4 sun loungers, a comfortable lounge area and a gas grill. Here you can prepare delicious smelling steaks, hamburgers or even shrimps and lobsters and enjoy them together with a good bottle of wine or even a real American Budweiser beer. On the canal terrace there are 4 more seats, so you don't have to get tired feet while fishing. Or just sit down and enjoy the sunset and review the past day. The entire terrace area is surrounded by a screen and houses the large electrically heated pool, in which you will certainly swim some refreshing laps.

The very spacious and open-plan living area of Villa Gilmara will also impress you.
Kitchen (dark wood with light countertops) with kitchen bar and stainless steel electrical appliances (fridge-freezer, icemaker, water dispenser, oven, microwave, ceramic hob and extractor hood) coffee maker, toaster, blender are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Attached to the kitchen is the formal dining area.

The living area with large screen TV opens to the terrace through large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and is furnished with comfortable seating.
