Family Room : Furnished with a leather sectional, 70-inch smart TV, Blue ray player, and surround sound system. It is open to the kitchen and the upstairs landing with patio doors in both the family room and the kitchen looking out to the pool area, lake, and conservation area.
Living Room: Features a leather sofa and love seat and is openn to the form dining room
Dining Room: Formal dining table with seating for 6
Kitchen : Updated kitchen has new stainless French door-in- door, microwave, and induction cooking range. It has a large island with 6 bars stools and is fully equipped with every cooking item you would need, including a Keurig, Crockpot, waffle maker, blender, mixer and more.
Game Room : Fun filled games room features an 8’ slate pool table, air hockey, Star Wars Foosball and 60 in” smart TV. There is also a couch, 4 Star Wars bar stools with a table, and Mickey table with 3 chairs. For fun there are also hidden Mickeys throughout the home.
--Pool Area--
The home has one of the largest enclosed pool and spa area in the community with a covered lanai and privacy screens. The view is beautiful, looking at the lake and the nature conservation area. There are no houses behind you. The covered lanai has 2 ceiling fans, two tables with seating for 10, and a bistro set. There are 6 chase lounge chairs with tables between them on the far side of the pool. It is one of the few pools in Emerald Island where you can walk completely around the pool and spa. The pool has a security fence. At night the pool and spa light up with different colors of light.
