Das Casa Baffo ist ein charmantes Tessinerhaus an einer traumhaften Lage. Das Haus befindet sich am Sonnenhang von Brione sopra Minusio und bietet eine zauberhafte Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore (Magadino-Ebene bis Cannobio IT) und die Tessinerberge. Eine Terrasse mit einer gemütlichen Lounge und der Garten mit einer Pergola und ein Granittisch lädt zum verweilen ein, es stehen auch Liegestühle zur Verfügung.
Gratis gedeckter Parkplatz
Das Haus ist nicht geeignet für Kinder unter 4 Jahren, aufgrund der offenen Treppen.

Das typische Tessinerhaus liegt direkt neben dem Dorfzentrum, drei Restaurants und eine Bäckerei befinden sich im Dorfkern ca. 100m vom Haus entfernt. Zwei Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt befindet sich die Bushaltestelle. Grosses Freizeitangebot in naheliegender Umgebung: Ideal für Wanderer- und Velotouren (Cardada Trail) 1 km zur Seilbahn Cardada-Cimetta. Locarno liegt sieben Autominuten entfernt, bekannt für das Filmfestival und Moon and Stars Konzerte, nicht zu vergessen das Jazzfestival in Ascona. Locarno hat ein Schwimmbad mit Rutschen und Seeanstoss. Die zwei Tessinertäler Verzasca und Maggia mit ihrer Vielfältigkeit laden zum Wandern oder zum Baden im kristallklaren Wasser ein.
