The base station of the Acherkogel mountain gondola is only approx. 650 m away from our guesthouse - the gondola takes you to the pastures region or the family ski area of Hochoetz in a few minutes. Restaurants, supermarkets and varied shops are within easy walking distance. Experience scenic ÖTZTAL and all its facets here with us, all year round. Rest and relaxation are guaranteed thanks to our natural jewels such as Lake Piburger See or adrenalin kicks during many other exciting OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES in summer and winter alike.

Our Apartment Bergblick with approx. 90 m² is located on the ground floor and has: 3 bedrooms with double bed and TV, one bedroom has its own bathroom; 1 additional bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and much more; 1 living and dining area; own terrace approx. 40 m² and a great view. Our house has a garden.
