The good layout offers you a spacious living environment, where the living room and kitchen are in open connection, allowing you to participate in the conversations in each area. The living ambiance is very inviting and cozy, thanks to the loft, the wood stove, the oak floor and the beautiful light from the south. Let your mind wander here and spend time cooking, eating, playing and relaxing.
The large and pristine property is landscaped with a lawn surrounded by trees and shrubs, creating an atmospheric and uncluttered environment. The wooden terrace goes almost around the entire house, giving you the choice of sun or shade. And since it is partially covered, you can sit protected from rain and dew in the fresh air.

Explore the surrounding area and relax nearby at one of Denmark's best beaches, Gudmindrup Strand. Bury your feet in the white sand and watch your children play in the water and build sandcastles, enjoying the maritime atmosphere. The house is also just a two-minute walk from the Ellinge Indhegning nature forest, where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature. In contrast, also discover the lively surroundings with music venues, cafes, mini golf courses and much more.
