The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place.

The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Airy and spacious house with lots of space. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 150 m). Parking lot (for 5 cars) on the street in front of the house and a parking lot in the village (distance 3 m).
