This holiday flat (ca. 100 m²) is situated directly in Dubrovnik center, in a family house, only 2-3 minutes walk to the Old Town Center. There are no steps to the apartment and a parking place is in front of the house, free of charge.
Across the street is a backery, restaurant and fast food. Just near the apartment is the cable car station from where you can enjoy the beautiful view with the cable car to the mountain Srđ.
It offers accommodation for up to 5 persons. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, one single bedroom, a bathroom with a bath tube, shower and a washing mashine, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony with a beautiful view to the sea and the century old city walls. A parking place is available in front of the apartment, free of charge.
The famous Banje beach is just 5 minutes walk.
The location is perfect because you are just few steps near the Old Town city, although far enough from the city noise.
