Exclusive villa for 8 people, with impressive views of the sea and mountains, located 3 km from Puerto Pollensa, with air conditioning and wifi internet and private pool.

The house combines the tranquility and quality of life in the countryside with proximity to Puerto de Pollensa and its services, beaches, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a toilet. It also has a large outdoor area to play with a basketball basket, table tennis, table football, soccer. So cpmo a place for car parking.

We enter the house through a beautiful entrance that gives access to a large and bright living room with a spectacular window with panoramic views of the bay of Puerto Pollensa and the mountains. The living room has a TV area with fireplace and direct access to a large porch and front terrace with spectacular views. From the living room we also access the separate dining room, also with views of the bay and the mountains. From the dining room we also reach a beautiful kitchen with a porch.

The kitchen is equipped with Fridge and Freezer, Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Ceramic hob, Kitchen utensils.

Has Wi-fi internet, washing machine, iron, sheets and towels, ironing board. Safe, Barbecue, Fireplace, Security alarm.

Next to the entrance there is a toilet and we also access the lower floor where all the bedrooms are located, as well as a small kitchen next to the pool and the barbecue, with access to the porch and front terrace also with spectacular views.

On this same floor we find the master bedroom with a double bed, with large closets and an en-suite bathroom, as well as beautiful views and access to the terrace. The other two bedrooms also with views, one of them with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the other with two single beds. There is another bedroom with two single beds. And another bathroom.
