The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court. Kurmassage locally by arrangement with the landlord.

The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house. Parking is right in the yard in a safe place.
