Die naturbelassene Wohnung verfügt im Obergeschoss über 2 helle Badezimmer, 1 grosses Zimmer und 1 Zimmer mit Einzelbett. Das Dachgeschoss bietet ein zweites Wohnzimmer mit Ofen und 2 Schlafzimmern.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich knapp 150m vom Haus entfernt (Sent, Platz). Von dort aus erreichen Sie in 15 Minuten den Bahnhof Scuol-Tarasp und die Tal Bergstation. Die Nutzung des Skibusses ist im Winter im Skiticket enthalten. Die Talabfahrt nach Sent, Traumpiste genannt, wird ihrem Namen gerecht und endet wenig oberhalb des Dorfes. Von dort bringt Sie ein kostenloser Taxibus bis an den Dorfplatz. Die grössere Ortschaft Scuol mit einer grösseren Auswahl an Lebensmittelgeschäften (Coop), Drogerie, Apotheke, Baars Restaurant, Erlebnisbad (Bogn Engadina), Hallenband (Quadras) und Sportanlage (Trü) können sie sowohl mit Bus und Auto innerhalb in 15 min erreichen.
