Right next door, Laguépie is a small postcard village, very lively in summer, bathed by the river Viaur, with a water sports base and a refreshing river swim

From the terrace you can quietly contemplate the woods and the stream, you can walk there with only the singing of birds.
Ideal for hiking enthusiasts, many marked trails around, possibility to go from Laguépie to Najac on foot by the river.

Le Ruisseau d'Aymer is a cottage for 10 people, brand new, ideal for reunions and family reunions. It is adjoining the home of the owners, Martine and Antoine. It is the addition of a cottage for 6 people, a small studio/ room and a guest room. Thanks to a sofa bed, it can accommodate up to 12 people.

The main part (120m²) consists on the ground floor of a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen, sitting area with sofa, tv, fireplace, large table. Upstairs: three bedrooms, each with double bed in 140 and private bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet). A beautiful terrace in the back overlooking the garden, the stream and the forest. On the front, barbecue and plancha await you in the courtyard.

There is the studio (35m²), with a double bed in 140, a private bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet), a kitchnette and a sitting area with sofa, tv.

Finally, the last bedroom (38m²) of this large cottage is located below, in the form of a suite, with sitting area, tv, wood stove, private terrace. Double bed in 140, private bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet).

The pool is also brand new, very pretty, it dominates the valley, it is to share with the owners.
