Located in the heart of the Mediterranean Corbières, you will stay in an old sheepfold, in an environment of nature. The owner will welcome you on the domain in total autonomy, water and electricity, which will allow you an integral reconnection to the wild and preserved nature. From the enclosed terrace with garden furniture, and the outdoor terrace, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding scrubland, ideal for many walks and mountain biking. From the domain you will take the small road towards the beaches of the Mediterranean (22 km) and the stations of Port la Nouvelle and Leucate where you can taste the oysters of the pond. You are on the road to the sites of the Cathar Country, you can easily access these historic sites, such as the castles of Aguilar, Peyrepertuse or Quéribus and the Abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse. You will be close to the Cathar trail (2 km) and the famous Sigean African reserve. On site you will enjoy a private parking, and a patio terrace entirely private. The cottage is located at an angle of the sheepfold and completely independent of the guest room and the owner’s accommodation. There is no vis-à-vis. The 4G is accessible from the cottage and hiking trails. The cottage includes, an entrance hall with relaxation area overlooking the terrace, kitchen (fridge, gas hob, electric kettle and coffee maker), living room with sitting area and sleeping area (1 bed 180/ 200, with a memory mattress), central heating and wood stove in addition (wood provided), bathroom with toilet (Italian shower). Sheets and towels included. Charges, electricity, cleaning and heating included. On the terrace you have a gas plancha (provided)
