The ground floor is a sunny, airy area that includes a fully equipped kitchen that will satisfy all your needs, a dining room that can comfortably accommodate all guests, and a beautifully landscaped living room overlooking the pool. The heated pool is 29m2, surrounded by sun loungers and is ideal for lazy afternoons with friends and family. Near the pool there is also a barbecue. On the first floor you will find three rooms, one is equipped with a double bed and two with twin beds. The rooms are very spacious and airy, equipped with televisions. The villa has three bathrooms, equipped with showers. 50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
