This is a beautiful brick house with thatched roof. It is located on a large plot in a dune and plantation area. The place is ideal for long hiking, biking or jogging tours on marked paths. The unspoilt dune area is situated close to the sea. The house is built of good quality materials with more importance being given to spaciousness and functionality. The 50 square metre large living and dining room is spacious enough for a get- together and you do not feel the space crunch. The swimming area has pool with slide and counter current system, hot tub and sauna. The house is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump.
