The house is situated in the small village called Brsecine, about 17 km away from Dubrovnik town.
Brsecine has a nice beach, about 700 meters walking way from the house. There are only few private houses in the village and a bus station.
The house has two floors.
The holiday flat for rent is situated on the ground floor and has 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom with bath tube and washing machine, a kitchen with a lounge and a living room.
The prices are for the ground floor holiday flat including consumption of water and electricity, bed linen, towels, end cleaning and tourist tax.
It has 2 large terraces and a covered barbecue place.
On the first floor, the landlords live, a young very nice couple with kids, on your disposal for anything you may need.
Each flat has own entrances and own / separated terraces.
