No access by car between 20:00 and 24:00. You can reach the property on foot from the ferry haven (arrivals from Piombino) which is about 100 m away. Possibility to rent a scooter and boat nearby. Pets on request/ payment.

    “Das Objekt werden wir voraussichtlich in 2020 erneut buchen.
    Haus (mit Hausmeister) und Lage sehr gut, Ausstattung zweckmäßig, Parkmöglichkeit über enge Hinterhöfe zu erreichen. Die Doppelgaragen sind relativ eng, wohl eher für Kleinwagen gedacht. Trotzdem sind Autoabstell- oder Parkmöglichkeit in Porto Azzurro sehr wichtig.
    Unser Buchungsablauf, 1.Reisebüro Düsseldorf, 2.Novasol-Dänemarkzentrale, 3.Eigentümer Porto Azzurro und 4. Mailand: Wäsche/Handtücher, sind sehr überholungsbedürftig.
    Der Schlüsselbote (Frau vom Eigentümer ?) konnte weder deutsch noch englisch sprechen. Die vorbestellten Handtücher und Bettwäsche war bei der Schlüsselübergabe vergessen worden.”

    “Die Wohnung ist super, vor allem in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig. Die Bäder sind mittlerweile leicht renovierungsbedürftig. Insbesondere der Duschvorhang an der Badewanne muss ausgetauscht werden. Wir hatten Stromausfall und daher kein Gas. Es war mühsam an den Schlüssel zu kommen, da der Portiere in Urlaub war und wir auf den Schlüsselüberbringer warten mussten. Die Klimaanlage haben wir zum Glück nicht gebraucht, da hierfür keine Fernbedienung vorgelegen hat. Die gebuchte Bettwäsche wurde uns auf Nachfragen gebracht. Kein Ort für "Fernsehjunkies", da es nur italienische Sender gibt.”

Hadde kun èn liten bordvifte å kjøle oss ned med om natta. Veldig liten terrasse. Savnet her et par gode stoler å sitte på. Forøvrig ok utstyrt. God plass.     “Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Echt toll, das Meeresrauschen morgens im Bett zu hören...Der Blick aufs Meer ist schon das Geld wert. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Eine Kaffeekanne plus Zubehör sollte man sich mitnehmen. Fürs Auto gibt es eine Garage. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmals diese Wohnung mieten, dann aber mindestens 2 Wochen!”
