This partially renovated holiday house is situated on a plot with wonderful dunes in Årgab, which belong to the best areas of Holmsland Klit. You can enjoy a beautiful view from the conservatory and the small roofed terrace. The North Sea and the charming fishing village Hvide Sande are close by. The fascinating and endless long sandy beaches, the Ringkøbing Fjord, and the beautiful roaring North Sea, enthrall you in every season. The fjord is a paradise for birds and the anglers. Hvide Sande is a beautiful place to take a stroll and buy fresh fish.

    “Nach einer Woche Urlaub geben wir gerne eine Bewertung zu dem Objekt ab.
    Das Haus liegt gut gelegen und ruhig in guter Urlaubslage. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 7 min.
    Die Dünen hoch und wieder runter und man hat einen Strand zu Füßen der bis ins Unendliche zu reichen scheint. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir das Objekt leider in kniehohem Gras wieder und dieses wurde trotz unserer Bitte nicht gemäht, da es ein Dünengrundstück sei und dieses normal sei. Leider ist dieses Auf den Bildern nicht zu erkennen, da dort ein sauber getrimmter Rasen um das Haus zu sehen ist. Damit war der Außenbereich durch uns leider nicht zu benutzen, da sich in dem hohen Gras viele Zecken verstecken. Also Vorsicht.
    Zum Zustand: Das Haus steht schon ein paar Jahre und das sieht man leider auch. Viele kleine Mängel und Abnutzungen. Z.B ist der Knopf und das Licht im Kühlschrank defekt. Unsauber gemalert worden und der Fußboden im Essbereicht abgenutzt. Schrammen und Flecken an den Wänden.
    Zur Sauberkeit: Naja das geht besser. Wir haben erstmal nach Ankunft sauber gemacht und das obwohl das Objekt überprüft worden sein soll....
    Schmutz im Besteckfach, Staub auf den Regalen und richtige Wollmäuse unter dem Bett.
    Leider kann man keine Bilder einstellen.
