    “Wir besuchten das schön gelegene Landgut zu Ostern. Das Haus und die Aussenanlagen sind toll gestaltet. Der Besitzer ist ein sehr freundlicher umgänglicher Mann. Das produzierte Olivenöl ist ausgezeichnet, der Rotwein ehrlich, am Weisswein muss noch gearbeitet werden. Das Appartment Nr. 3 (SUV 140) ist abgesehen von kleineren technischen Mängeln (Kühlschrank friert, schlechte Raumausleuchtung, Elektrogeschirr für Gasherd) in Ordnung. Der davor liegende Portico der gemeinsam mit dem nebenliegenden Appartment benutzt werden kann, muss für die Sommermonate ein Traum sein. Die Diskussion um die Betriebszeiten der Heizung trübte den Gesamteindruck. Die nebeneinanderliegenden Appartments im Obergeschoß (App. 3 und 4) sind durch extrem dünne hellhörige Wände getrennt. Rauch dringt durch die Ritzen. Internetbuchungen scheinen günstiger zu sein als Buchungen vor Ort.”

    “Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage und in einem sehr gepflegten
    Garten bzw. Grundstück, der von den Besitzern mit Hingabe
    gehegt und gepflegt wird.
    Das Besitzerehepaar spricht zwar nur italienisch, ist aber sehr
    freundlich und hilfsbereit.
    Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre!”
