    “Schöne ruhige Lage auf einem großen Grundstück ohne Rasen aber mit gepflegter Bepflanzung mit Meerblick von der Terrasse. Einfach, aber praktisch ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr diskretes, freundliches und hilfsbereites älteres Vermieterehepaar im Obergeschoss.
    In ca. 10-15 Minuten Autofahrt erreicht man den schönen kleinen Sandstand und die Altstadt mit mehreren Restaurants und kleiner Strandpromenade von San Lorenzo. Auf dem Weg fährt man durch das kleine Dorf Civezza, wo es einen praktischen kleinen Supermarkt und einen wunderbaren Dorfplatz mit einfachem Restaurant auf dem Weg zum/vom Strand gibt. Die Wohnungsbegehung zu Beginn und Ende des Urlaubs und die Betriebskostenabrechnung ist sehr professionell und fair.”

    “Das Richtige für alle, die im Urlaub die Ruhe geniessen möchten. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist gut, allerdings ist es etwas hellhörig und in der Vorsaison kann es schon mal kalt werden. Die Aussicht ist super.”
