    “Die Ferienwohnung (Haus Benelux Rubino) hat eine gute Lage. Nicht weit zum Strand (5 min) viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe ( Supermärkte, Restaurants), auch ein Fischgeschäft, wo eine gesunde Vielfalt für jeden Geschmack gegeben ist. Frischfisch aus der heimischen Adria aber auch aus den Weltmeeren wird laufend nahezu täglich nachgeliefert. Auch viele Meeresfrüchte-Delikatessen sind dort erhältlich (Riesengarnelen, verschiedene Muscheln - einige auch zum rohen Verzehr geeignet usw.). Für Fischliebhaber ein Paradies und ein Gesundheitsbrunnen.

    Das Zimmer war mit wenigen Möbeln eher nur notdürftig ausgestattet. In der Küche Töpfe ohne Deckel , Besteck und Teller waren vorhanden. Ich empfehle trotzdem einiges mitzunehmen z.B. Frühstücksbrettchen und ein scharfes Messer. Die Kleiderschränke sind sehr hoch und unpraktisch. Im Bad gar kein Regal, keine Duschablage, dafür ein für uns nutzloses Bidet. Die Dusche hat einen Duschvorhang, aber kein Duschbecken vorhanden, geschweige denn eine Duschkabine. Das Wasser läuft einfach auf den Boden in den Abfluss, Zusätzlich machen Wasserdruckschwankungen und damit verbundene Temperaturschwankungen das Duschen zum "echten Erlebnis". Zum Glück machen Strand und Meer die Unannehmlichkeiten wieder wett. Das Personal im Büro der Agentur "Belmondo" ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Grünanlage am Haus und der Swimmingpool sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Hausmeister freundlich und professionell.”
