    “Das Haus ist unserer Meinung nach gar nicht anfahrbar. Auch die letzten ca. 200 m bis zum Parkplatz sind für niedrige Fahrzeuge sehr schwierig zu befahren, da die Gefahr des Aufsetzens besteht. In der Beschreibung sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass das Grundstück sehr schattig ist und nur auf der Terasse für kurze Zeit die Sonne durchkommt. Das Haus innen ist relativ verwohnt, obwohl in der Beschreibung von einem neueren Haus die Rede ist.     “Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Sehr, sehr gute Betreuung durch den Vermieter!
    Die Ausstattung ist einfach und zum Teil sehr alt, aber zweckdienlich und ausreichend. Man muß sich einfach auf das italienische Flair und Ambiente einlassen, dann kann man es geniessen. Bäder und Sanitäranlagen sind technisch tiptop, auf modernem Stand und sauber.
    Verbesserungsvorschlag: Neue Sitzpolster für die Gartenmöbel auf Terrasse und unter der Gartenlaube und größerer Sonnenschirm mit guter Befestigung.”
