"Chalet Anthamatten", 10-room apartment 160 m2 on 1st floor. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining nook, satellite TV and DVD. 8 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC, 3 showers, sep. WC. Heating not available in all rooms. Balcony. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Mulitpass included in Summer.

Large, rustic chalet "Anthamatten". 2 apartments in the property. Above Champéry, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. For shared use: natural state property. Barbecue. In the house: sauna, relaxation room, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). 2 km long narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Tennis 3 km, sports centre 3 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, cable car 3 km, ski rental 3 km, ski bus stop 400 m, ice field 3 km. Nearby attractions: Monthey 14 km, Aigle 26 km, Montreux 37 km, Fondation Pierre Gianadda, Martigny 43 km, Musée Olympique Lausanne 60 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Portes du Soleil. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac Léman 32 km. Hiking paths: Portes du Soleil. Please note: car recommended.

    “We´re a Dutch family of four. The house has plenty of room and a splendid view from the balcony on the Dent du Midi. A few waterfalls just across the valley makes the view a daily pleasure. The furniture is sufficient, no luxery. TV works well, DVD player has had a few hiccups while playing but was working fine.
    The beds are okay, if you´re fussy about having a good pillow, than bring your own. The kitchen is equiped with two gaspits and an electrical stove with four plates. The oven is clean and working well. Pots and pans are available, again sufficient. Bringing a frying pan of your own for meat etc. can be handy. Coffee machine and water cooker are present. The dishwasher is a big thing and need to warm up for 20 minutes first. We as a party of four did the dishes by hand. The washing machine and dryer are downstairs, in the basement where also the sauna is located. All working well.
    When holiday is over, take into account the electrical bill. We spend 30 euro's for 2 weeks, that's including the sauna.
