    “Es ist eine Frechheit, Urlaubern so eine Wohnung zuzumuten. Angefangen vom versifften Teppich in Wohn- und Kinderzimmer, über die deutlich zu spürenden Federkernmatratzen im Kinderzimmer, bis hin zum völlig verdreckten Geschirr. Beim Geschirr war es so, dass es zum Teil im Schrank klebte, die Kochtöpfe waren zum Teil mit Essensresten eingetrocknet, bei den Eierbechern begrüßten einen die Salmonellen persönlich und die Gläser im freien Regal waren verstaubt und verklebt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war spärlich und teilweise kaputt. Im Badezimmer haben 1,80 m große Menschen keine Chance, aufrecht zu stehen (Haare föhnen undenkbar). Die Toilette war verunreinigt durch Urinstein, der auch deutlich zu riechen war. Der Duschkopf hat ein ewiges Gewinde und der Strahl ist nicht korrekt einzustellen. Insgesamt war es sehr schmutzig. Auf Ansprechen dieser Mißstände wurde von der Schlüsselübergeberin behauptet, dass dies nicht zu ihrem Aufgabengebiet gehöre.
