    Dat is waar, maar in werkelijkheid ligt het aan de rand van die wijk aan een druk kruispunt.
    Bovendien staan er hoge gebouwen naast het perceel, die volledige inkijk hebben op de tuin.
    De privacy gaat dus verloren.
