    “Die gebuchte Ferienwohnung befindet sich im OG/Apartment 1. Die Sauberkeit ist ohne Mängel. Die Einrichtung entspricht den italienischen Ferienwohnungen, zweckmäßig gut. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine, ein Filter und Kanne sind vorhanden, Wasserkocher ebenfalls. Die Aussicht ivom Balkon ist einmalig, mit Blick in die Bucht und den kleinen Sport-Hafen!
    Der Straßenverkehr ist hörbar, man sollte da etwas tolerant sein.... Schwierigkeiten könnte die Lage des Objektes dahingehend machen, dass die Anfahrt sehr steil ist und zu fuss ebenfalls nicht ohne. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal im selben Objekt und würden es auch wieder buchen. Es lief alles problemlos von der Schlüsselübergabe bis zur Abreise. Der Vermieter spricht etwas deutsch und in dem Büro wo man den Schlüssel erhält ist eine gute Verständigung auf deutsch möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Restaurants gibt es ebenfalls genügend. Bis in den Ort Malcesine sind es am Ufer des Gardasees ca. 25 Minuten Fußweg mit herrlichem Blick in die Berge.”

    “Het is een ruim appartement met uitzicht op het meer. Alles is aanwezig behalve een koffiezetapparaat. Het enige nadeel is dat de toilet recht tegenover de douche zit waardoor er weinig ruimte is. Alles was bij aankomst netjes schoon. We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad en optimaal genoten van het terras en het uitzicht. De eigenaar is erg aardig.”
