The home has a trendy new style, laid out in a fantastic space that is equal parts spacious and filled with natural light. Last but not least, the home sports a fabulous conservatory as well as a rear garden - perfect for cosy evenings. Suitable for both professionals or a group of travellers alike. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition.

This four-bed home has been beautifully renovated with a modern minimalist style featuring a trendy interior. Bright, airy, spacious - it's the perfect spot for a group of travellers or professionals to get access to all the best London has to offer. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes a large sofa and armchair for you to cosy up on and a TV to kick back in front of. Moreover, the reception has a dining table which can comfortably seat up to 6 guests. The stunning open plan kitchen has been redesigned to the highest standard and leads straight into the bright and spacious conservatory. Furthermore, it benefits from a breakfast bar. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms, one of which is a kids’ bedroom with two single beds. Additionally, there is a master bedroom on the top floor, which boasts an en-suite bathroom as well as skylights. All bedrooms maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. In addition, there is a WC on the ground floor as well as a bathroom on the first floor. Last but not least, the home benefits from a cosy rear garden. The house maintains an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or enjoying some fresh breakfast in the conservatory.

The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

This home is located in a quaint residential area of Fulham. The area has many grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes in easy reach. The home is in a quiet and safe part of town, but offers easy connection via bus and tube to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods - the perfect base for exploring the best that the city has to offer! The home itself is on a quiet road surrounded by other family homes, parks and cafes.

London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. The home is a 15 minute walk or short bus trip away from both Baron’s Court and Hammersmith tube stations (District and Piccadilly lines). With the tube station close by you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. In addition, you’ll also be able to catch a bus or hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.

The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.

Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour. By staying in this apartment you are agreeing to the tidying service, and accommodating viewings as requested. This apartment is cosy, captivating and a pleasure to stay in. We know you will love the design and the way we look after this apartment and our guests.
Guest will be refunded the full amount of the booking fees (minus our Fees) if (s)he cancels the booking up to 1 month prior to his/her arrival day (check-in) to Host’s accommodation.
Guest will be refunded 50% of the booking fees (minus our fees), if (s)he cancels the booking up to 2 weeks prior to his/her arrival (check-in) to Host’s accommodation.
All cancellations must take place by 12:00 (midday) according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day.
